Dysfunction breeds dysfunction
UNLESS YOU CHANGE IT!
First you must identify the dysfunction.... take responsibility for any part of it that you willingly or unwillingly contribute to,
Then make changes...make BIG, TOUGH changes, get therapy, distance yourself from toxic people, start healing that inner child that hurts
Your future children and grandchildren will thank you for shielding them from that pain
Once you do that, be happy, enjoy life . It’s possible .
